Air Conditioning Design Engineer & Project Manager : White Goods Company

Job Profile:

--Responsible for sending quotations in response to the requirements sent by architects & contractors

--The quotation may require preparing an air conditioning design using AutoCad & preparing priced BOQ's (Bills of Quantities)Once the quotation is approved, you will be the PM

--PM will be handling a team of 12-15 technicians

--PW work will involve:

# Daily supervision of the site

# Execution of the proposed plan

# Availing specification approvals from the contractor/ architects

# Attending the site meetings

# Preparing applications for payment

Overall the PM should be proficient in designing for VRF air conditioning systems and acting as a site foreman

Eligibility Criteria:

--Should possess good communication and project management skills

--Relevant experience of 3-6 years

---Age: between 25-35 years

---Preferably a Mechanical engineer (not mandatory)

Salary & other benefits

--Savings part shall be in the range of 1500 USD to 3000 USD based on candidate's proficiency

--Local allowance will be provided

--Family accommodation/ bachelor accommodation based on candidates' experience/ package (generally family accommodation will be made available)

--Air Tickets at the completion of 2 years
