Service Centre Manager

Service Centre Manager: White Goods Company
Job Profile:
--Handling the service centre for the company
--Handling team of 6 technicians
--Responsible for servicing work both at the LG setup as well at the customer's home
--SCM work will involve:
#Allocating work to technicians
#Ensuring on time repair
#Allocation of spare parts
#Ordering spare parts if required
#Deciding on the price to be charged for repairing
#Purchasing decision related to tools/ other consumables
--Overall the SCM will be working very much on ground level & controlling every activity under the service centre

Eligibility Criteria:
--Should possess good communication and people management skills
--Relevant experience of 3-6 years
--Age: between 25-35 years
--Preferably electrical engineer (not mandatory); should have electrical background

Salary & other benefits
--Savings part shall be in the range of 1500 USD to 2500 USD based on candidate's proficiency
--Local allowance will be provided
--Family accommodation/ bachelor accommodation based on candidates' experience/ package (generally family accommodation will be made available)
--Car / Motorcycle based on candidate's package
--Air Tickets at the completion of 2 years
--Any other standard employee benefits (includes medical)
